Group Held Training Activities for Marketing & Purchasing Personnel in Spring Festival of 2016
Group held training activities for marketing and purchasing personnel on 15th Feb 2016 (Eighth day in Lunar Calendar) at No.500 meeting room. About 62 people from each branch company and division such as some leaders , marketing and purchasing personnel attended this training.
The training was included financial management, legal knowledge, military , marketing management and other contents. Group financial manager Xu explained basic financial knowledge, tax knowledge, and common payment method and issues happened during payment. Manger Xu emphasized the strengthening cost control and lower the cost considerations, hoped everyone to combine financial management thinking to deal with AR and AP management and increase corporate earnings.
The Group Legal Adviser Xu Shan shared the knowledge of contract signing, delivery term , quality objecting and other concerned legal issues combined with the classic cases of Qingdao Court happened in recent years, by case sharing and learning, to guide us to avoid legal risks in daily work, protect Group and their own interests.
Afterwhile, we held military training activities, in chill wind, everybody executed the drillmaster’s orders and requirements carefully. The willpower were honed by military activities, spirits were promoted, and the team awareness and sense of discipline were improved.
At the afternoon, in view of the marketing management, all marketing personnel collectively watched the “Wolf Sales Staff Required Courses –Grab Orders” written by marketing expert Zang Qichao , and learned the four sales courses, collectively studied the sales key points . All the trained personnel participated for the training with questions, through the method of exam to deepen our memory and reached good effect.
