Group Organized the First Session of Training Activities for Shift Leaders
 
Around the company development, combined with the researching conditions for pushing teams building at the early stage, furtherly promoting team building, let the shift leaders to understand the importance  of the team building, Group organized the first session of training activities for shift leaders on the morning of 26th April, there were total 54 related personnel attended the training who were from each branch, division, workshop.
At 7:35 am, the training was held at the hall of CMT-Hicorp Installation Division, combined with the 50th anniversary of visiting activities,  the Group General Manger Mr.Yin introduced the older Hicorp people’s deep expectation to Hicorp development, encouraged the shift leaders to treasure their work, starting from the team management, to fully understand the importance of team building, to promote team building, strengthen the basic management, enhance the team personnel quality, to hand out a satisfactory answer to Hicorp with their actions.
The training including two aspects of site view and lectures, the trainees centralized to watch the building of Eagle team of CMT-Hicorp. The installation Manager Zhen Jiwei shared the team building experiences with everybody, showed the details combining with actual situation.
The leader of Eagle team Zhao Yang shared the building items and promotion contents from many aspects such as daily meeting, site management, personal flow, idea collection box, material supermarket management mode, ect.
Afterwards, the Financial Administrative Vice-manager Chen Yong illustrated the importance of shift leader during work with lively PPT, he shared the concepts of five roles, six duties, seven types, eight authorities, nine rules, and ten abilities at No.500 conference room, he comprehensively shared the responsibilities of the shift leaders, and explained the team building situations in details .
 
Through training, the awareness of team construction was strengthened, and the shift leaders have the intuitive comprehensive understanding to unify their thoughts, lay a solid foundation for the further work.
