Group Organized Training Activities for Theme of  Food Safety Knowledge
 
In order to further to ensure food safety work, based on prevention, to avoid food safety accidents, Group especially organized training activities for theme of food safety knowledge in 2016 in the afternoon of 25th , May, the training was held at No.307 conference room, and there were 16 people attended this training who were from Group canteen, restaurant and shoes canteen.
Firstly the Director Ji of Administrative Office put forward the detailed requirements for the importance of food safety work, Mr.Ji said the Summer was the peak season for food accidents, all kinds of food were easily rotten , the food accident was easily happened without notice. The Group held the training activities for food safety to request everyone to learn and master the necessary food safety knowledge, to provide healthy, safe and nutritious food to employees and customers.

The training was hosted by the Vice Director Duan Jin, she illustrated the related food safety knowledge from five aspects such as the importance of food safety, common causes of food accidents and preventive measures, food processing and requests for hygiene, cleaning and disinfection of food dishes, food mutually reinforcement and counteraction.

The Safety Personnel Fu Wei explained from the aspects such as related requirements for catering service personnel, safety usage of electricity, water, gas and other equipments, etc.

It took a hour for the training, everyone listened very carefully, and learned a lot of food safety and hygiene knowledge, the training effect is good.
