During training, we watched purchasing video of the professional purchasing expert Ma Xiaofeng, the video mainly explained the two aspects of “How to do the price analysis system” and “Purchasing cost pressure and share”, if we want to do price analysis , we should do well the “suppliers’ cost analysis” and improve our “data analysis ability”.
